Job Description:

Part of the serviced office advisory within London Occupier Representation. Qualify website and internal enquiries for serviced office requirements. Management of global research activities dictated by client requirements. Actively network within the wider business, a brand ambassador for the serviced office team and ensure repeat business by accurate project delivery.

Supporting the team with research and client requests. The role will involve face to face client viewings, collation of proposals for cost analysis, full sales cycle for flexible office packages and a strong emphasis on attention to detail. Management of repeat referrals passed across from the wider business, including large corporates with global flexible office portfolios already in place.
