Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for the East London territory. You’ll use your experience to motivate and coach your team to achieve sales targets for new customers.
What you’ll be doing
Driving growth. You will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets for all locations in East London.
Coaching your team. You will motivate individuals to work together to achieve the company objectives set out by the Senior Management Team.
Coordinate with Marketing department to ensure departments are aligned and Marketing efforts are supporting the Sales KPIs month to month in your region.
Managing the Marketing for Sales efforts across inbound and outbound channels to ensure targets are met for enquiries in your region.
Taking ownership of key relationships with brokers and key suppliers to ensure the number of referrals are maintained.
Analyse the performance of your team in all sales channels and leverage this analysis to shape and contribute to Sales strategies that ensure the financial growth of the company.
Research member needs and the market. Always with your finger on the pulse, you will know what’s going on in the market and understand how to translate that back into Sales efforts.
Innovate through the use of the most relevant software platforms for lead generation.
What you’ll bring
3-5 years experience in inbound and outbound sales
2+ years of management experience.
Strong leadership skills mixed with managerial competence. Fluent in sales techniques and understanding the drivers of growth.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Knowledge of tech ecosystem and in particular the tech startup/ scale-up sector would be ideal.
Strong communication skills, empathy for our members, passion and drive.
