Our client is looking for a dynamic, driven Customer Success Director to lead the business development team and drive the business forward in all areas. 

Our client is the home of information for the Real Estate industry- connecting individuals with company information through its digital platform.

Overview of the Job

An experienced candidate is required to directly manage the Customer Success, Executive, Marketing and Content Manager and Executive Assistant. The role requires a passion for growing networks, creating partnerships and nurturing relationships. Attention to detail is essential to oversea the team’s processes and look after important client accounts. This role is very much client facing and the candidate will be out representing our clients brand at Industry events and in meetings. Therefore confidence and excellent communication skills are also vital to enable effective communication of the product with potential clients. There will also be opportunities to contribute to product development through feedback from clients and discussing feature ideas with the CEO and development team. 

The candidate must have had some experience working in the real estate industry and a little black book of contacts would be ideal.
