They developing a pioneering technology platform to power legitimate homestays and home sharing - enabling landlords to profit from the rapidly converging worlds of real estate, hospitality and travel. Having raised £6m+ to date, they are backed by leading institutional and angel investors and are now scaling the business beyond the UK into Europe and beyond.

THE OPPORTUNITY

They are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for driving the performance and happiness of their B2B customers. If you’re the type of person who loves a challenge, thrives on building lasting relationships and will stop at nothing to delight our customers, read on!

Focusing specifically on developing and deepening relationships with asset owners / funds in the Build to Rent (BTR) space, they will learn the nuances of each business in order to understand how the clients can best assist them.

Regardless of whether the client already has a relationship with them, or if they’re just starting out on their platform, they quickly develop a rapport to ensure that they are always getting the most out of their service and product.

They build powerful software, and they will get to know our technology stack inside and out in order to be able to confidently explain the way our product works to their clients. They will quickly appreciate how we add significant financial value to their clients and be instrumental in developing consistently improving financial reporting for them.

They already understand what an important role data plays in a SaaS business and will constantly analyse the product from a client’s perspective and provide ongoing feedback to their Product Team on improvements we can make to ensure we are always best serving their clients.

Finally, they are the type of person who is excited about taking their career in property in an innovative new direction; they want to constantly grow and develop personally, but are also passionate about being instrumental in helping a fast-growing business grow faster! They will use their relationships to work with their existing portfolio of clients to learn about upcoming opportunities where we may be able to work together in order to grow both of their businesses.
