Liaising with internal and external clients. Advising on all aspects of the serviced office market, products available and identify key opportunities within the global client real estate portfolios. Including; new acquisitions, projects, global growth, account management, cost benchmarking with traditional offices and to deliver value to occupiers of all sizes.
Whilst managing broad spectrum of fast paced projects from market research through to completion. Offering occupiers advise and having the ability to identify opportunities for occupiers to revaluate their real estate portfolios.
Assumes a high degree of responsibility for winning new business, support to existing clients and delivering an outstanding aftercare process.

Demonstrates thinking beyond their own business agenda, even the teams and incorporates cross-selling as a standard part of their routine.
Experience in networking, building relationships internally and externally. Resulting in developing a pipeline of business opportunities by using high level of initiative.
Establish and maintain own and team profile internally and externally through effective PR and deal promotion. Thinking outside the box to establish themselves as a ‘go to’ advisor.
Manage or contribute to initial discussions, preparation of tender / reporting documents, delivering pitches / presentations and conducting negotiations.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients, actively developing business opportunities internally through various sources

Contribute to projecting annual fee income via accurate fee forecasting/managing potential fee pipeline
Identify and deliver cross-selling opportunities for other areas of the business

Experience of leading projects to deliver seamless client service
Demonstrable ability to take responsibility of sizeable and complex client instructions
