Establish an efficient and robust business operating process across the entire company value chain, with a continual focus on scalability
Work with functional area teams and leads to identify challenges in the existing businessoperating process
Identify options and recommend solutions to improve the process
Work across London and Hamburg teams to develop and implement the solution, including working with Product and Tech teams where required, and training staff users
Manage and evaluate implementation, tracking metrics to determine the impact of the change and drive continuous improvement
