Our client is a platform primarily split into two core areas:  Market brand and Managed brand. Market is the perfect CRM for a property team collecting and collating documentation and information on assets ahead of any purchasing decisions. Once this data is in the system, it’s accessible by everyone, providing a clear and controlled route to purchase.

Once an acquisition is complete, Managed takes over. Managed is both a dashboard and a portal for asset management, able to integrate seamlessly with systems like Qube, Yardi and MRI to source data on a daily basis. Managed provides a powerful UI for understanding your real-estate assets in more detail as well as powerful reporting capabilities to deliver client specific, information rich reports. Managed also provides secure access to external clients so that information can be shared with external parties who need it.

They’re at the beginning of a period of international growth. Funded by a group of dedicated private investors and a rapidly growing book of recurring client revenue, they have the opportunity to grow in the direction they want, at the speed that they want.

The Role

As their client base grows, they are looking for someone who will initially be responsible for the day to day management and oversight of the customer success function. The primary responsibilities of the individual will be as a customer success executive as well as client relationship management and business development. In addition, the individual will be work closely with the Client Services Director and other key stakeholders to create and manage a team of individuals to undertake various job functions within the customer success team.
