As a Commercial Director for the UK, you will be responsible for all aspects of business development, customer engagement and overall growth of the business in the UK. You will provide thought leadership and act as subject matter expert on their relationships with all their customers, partners and affiliates within the UK.
Ownership of the growth of UK Sales, understanding regional demand and supply to ensure equilibrium.
Build and drive sales strategy for current and new territories / sectors, including go-to-market strategy, understanding the competitive landscape, presence and strength within the territory and new sectors.
Implement a market leading SaaS sales structure, and growing the team to engage and win market share across the UK.
Build the right KPIs to monitor and evaluate team performance against expectations, and aligning strategy with performance expectations.
Work across teams, such as Product, Marketing and Strategy, to provide feedback and generate new product ideas and help drive pricing strategy for those.
Build brand recognition by attending industry events, and engaging with sector specialists.
Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives.
Proven experience in SaaS sales and managing multiple relationships with key customers.
Proven experience building and growing multiple sales channels and optimising customer engagement throughout the lifecycle.
Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
In-depth understanding of SaaS pricing dynamics, market research methods and analysis.
Strong written, oral and presentation skills, and ability to engage with Product and Engineers.
Successful experience utilizing Hubspot or Salesforce to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data.
Proven experience working within a goal oriented, ambitious company environment.
Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership for small to consultative enterprise sales.
Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' with clients and business drivers around software solution implementations.
Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment.
“Take charge and deliver” type of personality who can learn the business, institutionalize best practices and deliver results.
Willingness to travel
MBA degree preferred.
+10 years of relevant experience ideally in technology services selling to institutional or enterprise accounts preferably in Prop-Tech or Real Estate.
Comprehensive understanding of enterprise lead generation standard methodologies and industry trends.
Experience selling a national outsourcing platform is a plus.
Value based technology solution selling is also a plus.
