Scaling, developing and managing large teams is something that you have done before (more than once) and keeping in line with ambitious growth targets is something you can do in your sleep… although you’re going to want to be awake for this, we promise!

You can spot a commercial opportunity a mile off, and know how to efficiently validate whether it’s right for the team, and aligned to business objectives

What you’ll do:
Develop and execute a strategy to achieve high-level targets across revenue, growth, customer retention, customer experience, partnerships and marketing
Build out and manage the key functions, including sales, account management, customer success, strategic partnerships and more
Identify, manage and execute complex operational projects across the commercial functions
Walk the line between current market needs and capability with forward-thinking forecasting and innovation to future-proof the revenue streams
Apply continuous improvement thinking and effective prioritisation to ensure the functions are working together as efficiently as possible and our customers get the best solutions possible.
