What You’ll Do
They are looking for a unique, driven and entrepreneurial individual to lead the next phase of community growth and engagement whilst driving forward our successful content programme.
This will be a wide reaching and challenging position involving community engagement through digital channels (social media and content management included) and through offline channels too (events and general meetings). This position will work closely with another newly appointed position of Partnerships Manager
Continue to grow their world class influencer network; continually looking to onboard new members and maintain lasting relationships with all influencers.
Directly engaging with and nurturing a diverse and global community of people from the world of property, PropTech and investment via a variety of communication channels including email, telephone, social media and event networking.
Working closely with the UX/UI lead to see how the company can increase and improve community engagement levels on the platform.
Creating and sending regular influencer and user updates
Feedback to wider team on community issues/feedback as and when receive it.
Encouraging a variety of content submissions from new and existing third party contributors; to include, articles, podcasts and videos.
Daily reviewing, editing and publishing of internal and external content using bespoke content management system.
Writing of ‘evergreen’ articles and data-focused reports when required.
Writing web content and promotional/marketing content as and when required.
Maintaining detailed content calendar and measuring monthly content performance.
Writing and curating internal and external content for weekly newsletters.
What we’re looking For
2+ years experience in account or community management roles.
Knowledge of the property or PropTech industry preferred
A proven self starter with entrepreneurial characteristics
Educated to degree level preferred but not essential
Willing to make mistakes fast enough to learn
Experience working with, and managing, stakeholders and customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible approach and an ability to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
Extremely well organised with an ability to handle and digest large amounts of information from a variety of sources.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
