Our client are looking for an Deployment and Customer Success Manager to work for their exciting, well-funded, smart cities tech company based in London.
As a Deployment and Customer Success Manager, you’re focus will be launching the technology for new clients, managing existing clients and gathering client and user feedback constantly to feed into the product pipeline. You will be the eyes and ears on the ground and working closely with the sales and engineering team to improve the product.
It’s an exciting role, in which you’ll thrive if you like smart cities technologies (IoT, AI, connected hardware, etc.) and working together with sophisticated players from a variety of industries and backgrounds (real estate owners, property managers, community managers, merchants, company representatives, etc.). To be successful, it takes an process-oriented mindset, customer satisfaction focus, a desire to learn and grow in the business.
Your role is to launch the District platforms in new developments, manage operational and administrative tasks related with the growth side of the business, create and execute on market analysis, marketing and growth tactics, and source and train the candidates for your future team.
