Our client enhances the risk management functions for commercial real estate landlords and in turn provides an affordable alternative to tenants for their security deposit. A key function of this role is continuously developing relationships with new and current real estate partners (including some of the UK’s largest landlords).
They are seeking a highly motivated and analytical BD director to enhance their current processes. You will be passionate about continuous self-development of your own skill-sets, as well as refining the existing sales processes. You will be responsible for communicating the platform’s value proposition, generating and developing leads and, understanding and effectively communicating customer feedback.
The opportunity is to join a newly launched VC funded start-up, which is reshaping the tenant risk management function for commercial real estate landlords. You will lead BD for the new business line and the right candidate will be given the opportunity to lead revenue generation and team over time. This is a position which provides the right person with a high level of responsibility and further growth potential in a dynamic start-up environment.
