Our client are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as Managing Director. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s strategic goals are met, driving growth and overseeing the daily operations of the business. You will report to the Board and Founders, working closely with them to formulate and implement the business & strategic development. The Senior Management Team will report to you.

A proven record of commercial awareness, delivery and rolling up sleeves.
Ambitious, energetic & highly self motivated, with a strong desire to take a key & enduring leadership role in growing a significant Proptech business with a strong product, ultimately with broad sector and geographic application.
Passionate about improving technology, efficiency and integrity within the property market
Comfortable meeting, speaking & building relationships with ‘C-Suite’ individuals & other top tier management.
Ability to manage and develop a high performing team.
Naturally positive, resilient and persistent, with an ability to think around problems.
A good listener, capable of presenting well-reasoned judgement, able to own and implement board decisions even where, after deliberation, they differ from their own.
Results driven, with strong problem solving resilience and analytical abilities.
Financially numerate and excel literate.
Thrive within a high potential start-up – where things change quickly, and grow fast.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentational skills. Comfortable with public speaking.
Industry connections: an advantage but not essential.
5-10 years experience in Property, with demonstrable fast track promotion and preferably including a significant position of responsibility within a PropTech company
Desire to be CEO, having succeeded in key authoritative position in previous roles
