Our client is building a marketplace of the world’s best vacation homes. They are looking for a Head of Growth.
Our client has an ambitious plan to open up to 20 cities this year, and they are looking for the teams who will run those cities on an ongoing basis. The Head of Growth is responsible for finding and adding the best homes in the city that will help us hit their sales targets.
The Head of Growth is a dynamic sales role, where you’ll own the new homes and sales numbers for a city.
you're a salesperson through and through - you live and breathe sales, targets, and numbers
you're inherently competitive with a drive to succeed
you're able to understand and use commercial and brand-led arguments in your sales pitch and negotiations with partners
you're commercial, always thinking about what will have an impact on sales
you're a people-person, and love building relationships
you're comfortable talking about aspects of design, interiors, travel, etc.
you're an independent self-starter - always looking to contribute without being asked to
you're a problem solver - able to identify blockers or challenges and quickly overcome them
you're a team player who works well with others, shares knowledge, and is able to coach other members
You don’t need to have prior experience in hospitality or tech start ups. And you don’t need to tick every box but they are looking for people who have:
1 to 4 years experience in sales - B2B sales is an asset
A demonstrated track record of achieving targets consistently
Experience pitching to and negotiating with SMEs is an asset but not required
Experience in the hospitality, luxury, or travel sector is an asset but not required
Ability to travel several times a year
Ability to start soon (ideally end of March or early April but later start dates are possible)

Genuine influence and control: you will work daily with the founders and management team to shape the strategy and direction of their expansion
