Our client is looking for a sharp, ambitious Head of National Markets to drive partnerships with commercial landlords and agents and grow the Certification programme. They act as advisors and confidants for their participating organisations and they use their unique perspective to ensure the properties they work with are best positioned to serve the needs of today’s tenants. If you are driven, creative and interested in the technologies that are changing the real estate industry then this role will be a good fit.
The ideal candidate will be a decision maker of at least 5 years' experience, with time spent in a direct revenue-generating role. Full knowledge of the dynamics of the real estate market is vital, ideally with established existing relationships in the industry that can be leveraged as needed.
You will be able to point to a history of successful prospecting and deal closing.

You can creatively identify BD targets, craft the best means to reach those targets, and execute with a mix of efficiency and work ethic.
