Close & manage your own pipeline of landlords, insitutions & agencies, and hit personal monthly revenue targets.
Motivate and drive a high performing sales team to hit ambitious, ever growing, targets.
Partner with Product, Customer Success and Marketing to drive success and prioritize invests its resources
Report on sales activity and manage a regular revenue forecast
Achieve key performance metrics and goals
Work with your team to discuss, plan and implement process improvements
Contribute to the culture of continuous improvement by constantly reviewing performance, being reactive to and driving change
Assist the management team with insight, some analytics and decision-making
Support ongoing growth and development including recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring reps
Systematically develop new business opportunities and research new leads.
What experience do you need:
10+ years of experience preferrably working in residential property & tech.
Understanding of Salesforce & analysing data
Ability to manage and develop a high performing team
Familiarity with contracts, and/or comfortable in instructing & managing lawyers engaged by the company
Passionate about improving technology, efficiency and integrity within the property market
Ability to grow business in a strategic manner including demand generation
Excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills
History of thriving in a rapidly-changing environment
Enthusiasm for increasing customer happiness and deepening customer relationships
Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
