Our client is a global property investment platform connecting European investors with global real estate investment opportunities. 

As part of a small, dynamic and fast-paced team, you will have exposure to many parts of the business.  This is a unique opportunity for candidates with an entrepreneurial drive looking to join a fast-growing fintech company. We’re an international company comprising of more than 10 nationalities.

The founding team is made up of highly successful investment banking, private equity and technology entrepreneurs.

Focus of the role

As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing existing and identifying new partnership opportunities that will enable the client to leverage its existing sales reach and penetrate its target markets and investor base.

You will be experienced in creating a cohesive network of partners and manage these relationships to ensure they fulfill their potential and revenue targets.  You will leverage existing connections to build and cultivate a deep and trusted network amongst influential decision makers within key target organizations. You will have full ownership over the creation of a revenue-generating partnership strategy.

You will be part of a collaborative team, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Platform Ops and Product and other areas of the business. This will be second nature to you as you will be an expert in this collaborative way of working. You will be a champion for the wider sales team internally, sharing knowledge and learnings regarding the vision, opportunities and challenges. 

You should have a deep understanding of the Commercial Real Estate / Investment Management sector, have a keen interest in Proptech/Fintech and be committed to working for a well backed startup as it accelerates its growth to capitalize on its market position with the best tech in the industry. There is huge potential to disrupt the CRE industry so if you want to be an instrumental part of their journey and are comfortable with working in a fast paced B2B / start-up environment they would like to hear from you. 

To be considered for this role you require the following skills, competencies and experience:

Commercial Real Estate (CRE) / Financial Services professional (8+ years) within developing B2B partnerships. CRE Investment experience is an additional highly desirable skill. You will naturally have a proven aptitude for relationship management and high-performance cultures.

As an experienced professional, you will have excellent deal negotiation and commercial structuring skills, coupled with first class communication skills, with the ability to present, negotiate and influence at C-level.
