Our client a leading commerical real estate software, are looking for a Junior Consultant/ Consultant to join their growing team.
Summary of Responsibilities
Work as part of a team to deliver software implementation projects
Work with other consultants to effectively communicate and clarify client requirements during the implementation process.
Participate in face-to-face client meetings on a periodic basis for project management, consulting and implementation
Assist lead consultants with creation of custom reports, data mapping and design documents
Provide functional and technical application support to our clients during the implementation process
Liaise with the QA and Product Management departments for escalating issues and product enhancements
Work with training and support teams to ensure effective handover of projects
Participate in requirements gathering workshops
Work closely with Lead Consultant(s) and Project Manager(s) to define and adhere to project timescales
Build scalable and robust integration processes
Understanding of the real estate industry
Confident and professional telephone manner
Capable of documenting client requirements and preparation of specification documents
Understanding of software implementation projects and basic project management practices
Attention to detail, analytical problem solver
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Strong data literacy, experience with database schemas
Preferred Technical Skills
Knowledge of property management systems such a Yardi, Qube, MRI, Tramps etc.
Understading of data querying and transformation/manipulation tools like Excel, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Talend, etc.
Advanced use of MS Excel and MS Word packages
Will most likely be either;
Someone with a background in support (either from a real estate software provider or internal technical business support within a real estate company) who is looking to develop into a consulting role

Someone with a background in a real estate company who has a strong interest in technology/digital process improvement and has exhibited a level of technical competency – may have studied a technical subject or have had a key role in digital projects/pro-actively used technology to improve processes in their team/department
