Our client is a B2B SaaS company with an ambition to change the way corporate real estate uses data to manage workspace and portfolio for the better of people, business and environment. As a young PropTech scale-up with a market presence in the Benelux, UK and U.S. market they are proud of their A-listed clients. Together with them, they’re shaping the Smart Office Buildings world and they are having fun doing it.

Your Opportunity

 You drive the data & tech vision of the product. You lead all product development and ensure maximum value is delivered for their clients. You coach the team in a scrum environment, enabling them to grow. You engage with clients to understand how they distil value from their product. This is your passion and it comes naturally to you. They are a small but young, vibrant, international and fun working environment with highly talented colleagues. You will have the opportunity to work with the largest global brands and increase the scalability and speed of implementation of their cutting-edge technology platform to make real-estate portfolios truly intelligent, data-driven and environmentally responsible. You will have the opportunity to build the company and grow with them.

What are they looking for?

An experienced tech leader and team player with ambition and energy, who creates (technological) momentum in our client for accelerated global growth in the PropTech market. You have a full-stack background and preferably product experience in Saas, mobile or/and IoT. You have proven proficiency in AWS, as well as technical roadmapping. You know your way around portals & analytics portals and work rapidly & iteratively. Besides being a leader, you’re also hands-on and like to get your hands dirty in code. You have an open mind, are a listener and ask questions before stating opinions. It’s fundamental that you have knowledge of and experience with information security (GDPR, ISO27001, a.o.). Above all, you’re a leader and team player and you’re definitely not a rockstar.
