up to £25k base / £50k OTE

Our client is a global property investment platform connecting European investors with global real estate investment opportunities.   

As part of a dynamic and fast-paced team, you will have the opportunity to establish yourself in the early stage growth that our client is starting to enjoy.  This is a unique opportunity for candidates with an entrepreneurial drive looking to join a fast-growing fintech company.  They’re an international company comprising of more than 5 nationalities.

The senior management team is made up of highly successful investment banking, private equity and technology entrepreneurs. Our client is backed by a high profile institutional global Investment Manager as Lead Investor and partner.

Focus of the role

The Sales Analyst role is fundamental to the success of their business. The role puts you on the front line of the sales process. You will be the first point of contact between potential investors and the firm. Your job will be to understand a potential investor’s current investment position, and to present the companies offerings against this. You will also need to contact existing clients that have registered on our platform and convert them into active users.

The Sales Analyst role offers successful candidates the opportunity to earn a lot of money with a generous and flexible commission structure. You impact your earnings – the harder you work and more success you have, the more money you can earn.

Additionally, it is a great entry point into a highly competitive industries, sales, real estate investment and PropTech. This role is very target driven. While you are not micromanaged, you are expected to hit certain activity and sales-based targets.

You should see this role as running your own business as you will have the freedom to sign up potential clients and manage the relationship with the Operation teams until the point, they become a client. Ultimately, you are responsible for providing the business with high quality potential clients.

 

Skills / Experience

They are looking for people who present a talent and desire to be in a sales role and would envisage this person to have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in real estate investment or investor relations.
