As their new Sales Executive, you will play a key role in order to further develop and expand their market presence and customer base in the US. They're looking for someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about the smart building industry as well as having strong communication, commercial and technical skills. Their current pipeline is very well developed and therefore they're looking for someone who has a proven track record of #closing.

Your Mission

They’re on the lookout for a Sales Executive with a proven track record in closing Saas deals. Their ideal candidate has an understanding of the IoT for Smart Buildings market, and has experience selling to Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Strategy senior management.

Growth

They currently see a lot of traction and growth potential in the US. Their pipeline was already very healthy, and due to COVID-19 many organisations need space utilization & workplace analytics data.

Focus

Your focus is on closing various deals with Forbes 2000 listed companies. With various serious opportunities currently emerging, you know how to hit the ground running and make sure these deals come in. Experience selling to these large organisations and preferably CRE, Workplace or Facility Management teams is definitely a plus, as you’ll manage extensive stakeholder landscapes.

Support

You will be their first US based employee, so we will happily work together with you to build and grow their US strategy and team. You will work closely together with their (Dutch-based) Heads of Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure constant alignment across departments - enabling you to close deals. Their HQ is based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, so every now and then you might need to come over for strategy sessions and some fun :-)
