Our client is an ai-driven platform that is fundamentally changing how Investors, Asset Managers, Valuers and Operators manage their rent-roll data. Tenancy data is THE core data source when assessing the value and associated cash-flows for a piece of commercial real estate and is typical inaccessible, inconsistent and inaccurate.
You will be working collaboratively with the Head of Sales to prospect and close new business in a well-defined sector of the CRE market.
You will work with and have input to existing and new processes, metrics, systems and workflows to increase performance, efficiency and practices within the Sales team.
You will be a passionate and driven salesperson who is committed to helping the brand become a dominant force in the marketplace
Generating new leads, closing business and ensuring on-going customer satisfaction to grow revenues
Managing and optimising your pipeline in Salesforce
You will partner with other departments, including Product and Marketing to collaborate on initiatives and improvements, both internall and externally, and for the customer experience, participating in companywide projects towards these.
You will act as a feedback channel for prospects to help shape the future product direction
Experience in building a pipeline “from the ground up”
Circa 4+ years demonstrable results in a SaaS sales environment
