You are responsible for the distribution of our solution in the target segment Commercial Real Estate and report directly to the management
You identify decision makers with potential customers, identify their challenges and convince them of the advantages of our solution in telephone and personal presentation appointments
You participate regularly in events and fairs
The role requires up to three days of travel per week, primarily in German-speaking countries.
You interact regularly with the marketing department to further refine the targeting and get effective lead generation support
You collect and evaluate customer needs and pass them on to the product management in a structured manner, if meeting those needs could increase your sales success.
You make sure that your sales pipeline is designed for at least four to six months in advance to meet your agreed sales goals
You can use the CRM tool to transparently document your sales activities and efficiently organize your daily routine
You regularly exchange views with the management in order to discuss both the degree of achievement of your sales goals and, if necessary, the procedure with individual customers
Ideally, you have at least three years experience in commercial real estate, either asset or property management, project development and / or sales.
You like to approach people, are communicative and manage to build a good relationship quickly
Friendliness, a great persuasiveness and stamina characterize you
You can motivate yourself, you are "hands-on" and know how to independently get the most out of your role
You have a degree or similar qualification through completed education and work experience
You are well versed in handling CRM solutions and other digital tools such as Excel, Powerpoint and Co
You speak fluent German and have very good English skills
