Our client is a new platform that is fundamentally changing how the property industry buys land for development. It’s a big data platform that speeds up the process of finding, assessing and buying land. It comes at an important time, one of the biggest challenges for the UK housing crisis is tackling the shortage of development land.
You will be working collaboratively with the Head of Sales to inspire and optimise the performance of your team, leading through an entrepreneurial, growth mindset and constant improvement approach, championing the culture they are very proud to have built.
You will set up and improve existing and new processes, metrics, systems and workflows to increase performance, efficiency and practices within the Sales team.
You will be an experienced coach and mentor to the team, embedding a positive, flexible and empowered cultured, thriving for quality and results, based on ethical and trustworthy processes and practices. You’ll show a strong eagerness to enhance this through leadership, training and mentoring within your team.
Supporting the SDRs & BDMs in generating new leads and closing deals.
Defining, communicating and measuring performance metrics, captured through Salesforce, 360-feedback and other tools and channels, competently addressing issues and challenges that arise and finding solutions that are in the interest of both, the team, and business.
Managing the pipeline of your team’s deals, you’ll be working with the Head of Sales to enhance and optimise the predictable sales funnel.
You will partner with other departments, including Marketing, Customer Success and Product to collaborate on initiatives and improvements, both internally, and for the customer experience, participating in companywide projects towards these.
Experience in managing a sales team
Circa 4+ years demonstrable results in a SaaS sales environment
Proptech/ property experience highly desirable
Strong experience in using Salesforce CRM
