Our client is looking to recruit a driven, team player, to work within the team and lead key business development initiatives.
The role will be to grow the business development team by generating new business relationships through a proactive outbound market approach. The individual will work closely with the UK and International teams to help drive new business.
Manage and grow the ongoing outbound business development of our clients business, targeting new occupier clients with is a mixture of cold calling, external referral relationships and attending events.
Create strong relationships with all occupier-facing teams
Engage with the global teams to increase cross-border work
Begin building a list of serviced office mandates with larger corporate clients
Manage internal databases and CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and client management
Previous business development experience within the commercial real estate sector beneficial but not essential.
