This role is highly entrepreneurial. The ideal candidate will be a generalist - with knowledge and experience across the full marketing mix - and an interest/specialism in one or two specific marketing areas. Working with the London Growth team, it is a great opportunity to own and drive activity for a rapidly growing business. You will have the opportunity to lead in the development of brand and marketing strategy, campaign planning and execution across B2B activity.
What you'll be doing:
Working inside the Growth and Marketing Team, your key responsibility will be to:
Understand customer needs by gathering insight - face to face, through collaboration with BD/Sales and through analysis of product usage data.
Identify key opportunities to drive awareness and acquisition and deliver activity in conjunction with UK team, Business Development and key agencies.
Executing activity across field marketing, events, ATL and BTL in conjunction with UK team, key agencies, sales and call centre teams.
Craft clear, high impact copy across product channels (website, notifications, emails) and compelling on-brand messaging across marketing channels.
Build reputation, creating campaigns and managing PR activations.
Manage the cross-functional implementation of new product launches and feature releases of existing products.
Skills and experience we'd love:
BA/BS degree required
6+ years working in customer success, product marketing, growth, or similar.
Experience in product branding, messaging, positioning and targeting.
Ability to prioritize for business impact among competing needs.
Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM and sales automation tools (ideally Hubspot).
Proven track record of developing customer marketing plans with actionable insights and recommendations.
Ability to write simple and high-impact copy customised to different customer segments.
Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills.
Comfort in a face-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment.
