What You’ll Do
Our client is looking for a unique, driven and entrepreneurial individual to lead their next phase of growth, that of developing strategic partnerships with global real estate organisations, trade bodies, conferences and membership organisations. This position will work closely with a community manager for maximum impact.
Build a database of global partners
Creating and executing annual partnership engagement plans to meet agreed KPIs
Serve as the main point of contact for all developing relationships
Creating opportunities to enhance their partnerships through collaboration i.e. sponsorship, competitions, research and thought leadership
Attending partner/stakeholder events (including partner and industry events if feasible)
Create and deliver accurate quarterly and annual forecasts and strategic plans
Develop engagement plan with named Partners
In conjunction with the marketing team, develop and assist with the execution of lead generation campaigns for the purpose of pipeline development
Provide input to marketing and/or program managers regarding additions or changes needed to our strategies, online tools and website
What they’re looking For
2+ years experience in account management or partnerships .
Proven track record of working in a customer facing role and previous experience in sales roles preferred
Knowledge of the property or PropTech industry preferred
A proven self starter with entrepreneurial characteristics
Educated to degree level preferred but not essential
Willing to make mistakes fast enough to learn
Experience working with, and managing, stakeholders and customers
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible approach and an ability to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude
Extremely well organised with an ability to handle and digest large amounts of information from a variety of sources.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
