to succeed commercially at scale because the more properties using our client the larger their impact on performance and efficiency, and their ability to reinvest ininnovation
To increase new business sales in accordance with set individual and business targets through development of a strong pipeline of key contacts.
Hold relationships in existing key accounts with large property portfolios to increase revenue from existing contracts, working closely with colleagues and Operations team
To actively participate in marketing, including the production and management of relevant collateral
To manage the CRM ensuring that it is up-to-date for all opportunities and for management reporting purposes
Attend and exhibit at Networking/Industry events as required and actively engaging to identify such events
Support on Marketing activities and support Marketing Strategy in growing the brand of the business
Take part and actively contribute to product development and roadmap of improvement through client relaying client desires and requests.
To represent the company’s core mission with professionalism, integrity and ambition.
To deliver £350k of new revenue sales in the first 12 months.
Development of a strong long-term pipeline of opportunities for new and existing business growth
To manage migration of DL to a new CRM without interruption to business growth
Experience and knowledge of the Property Management, Real Estate and/or Facilities Management markets including that of PropTech, IoT and Intelligent Buildings
Minimum of three years' experience of working in a business development environment either as an individual or as part of a team
Strong and effective communication skills. With experience and strong ability of presenting to different levels of clients up to C-Level
Experienced in attending and contributing to networking events and exhibiting businesses at events/forums
Experienced in Business Development and Client Relationship with a proven track record of delivering new business and expansion of existing business
Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand pricing structures and opportunity value
