To scope out customer requirements and use cases for gathering data from meters (i.e. electricity, gas, heat, water) and sensors (i.e. temperature, humidity, air quality, occupancy, etc) in specific properties and property portfolio
To specify requirements for integration and installation so that meter and sensor data can be incorporated into our clients building systems analytics service via their Data Acquisition Device (DAD)
To manage supplier relationships to source quotes for the integration/installation specification
To manage supplier contracts to deliver on specification and ongoing maintenance
To attend industry/networking events to identify latest technology partners and represent
To liaise with the team to ensure that sensor/meter data is effectively visualised for customers
To work with Operations, Business Development and Exec teams to identify existingclients for which the offering could be introduced.
To demonstrate value to customers from these works
To standardise the DL offer for systems integration
To represent the company’s core mission with professionalism, integrity and ambition.
To deliver £250k of new revenue sales in the first 12 months; and £1,000,000 in 3 years
Development of a strong long-term pipeline of opportunities for new and existing business growth
To manage migration of DL to a new CRM without interruption to business growth
Experience and knowledge of the Wireless Sensor Network industry and environments
Minimum of three years' experience of working in a similar environment either as an individual or as part of a team
Strong and effective communication skills. With experience and strong ability of presenting to different levels of clients up to C-Level
Experienced in attending and contributing to networking events and exhibiting businessesat events/forums
Experience and ability to manage and delivery of projects from initiation to close-out, including management of contractors and suppliers.
Experience and/or strong awareness of building services engineering.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand pricing structures and opportunity value
