Our client is unique in being one of the very few PropTech System Integrators. They provide Smart Office Platforms and IOT PropTech underpinned by the Secure Networks – all presented ‘As a Service’. They work with Landlords, Managed Office Providers and Enterprises, focusing on making their building and workspaces smart, productive and engaging places to work. They are on a path of fast expansion and growth as a PropTech System Integrator initially targeting Landlords and Real Estate Services but also with an eye on appropriate Enterprises.
About the Role
They are well funded, very experienced and looking for a like-minded person to join the team as soon as possible. They are looking for a Technical Sales Person who wants to take the exciting step to work in a technology start up. You will initially be selling the office digitisation portfolio, supported by the Number 1 Property Technology Startup in Europe. You will have to lean on your knowledge of Software, Technology and Networks. Enjoying working with less structure is very important as the role is very much outcome based. It is fast paced, varied and a challenging role, but very rewarding for the right individual.
Present, promote and sell the company using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Engage with the Strategic Partner to drive lead conversion.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
Reach out to customer leads through appropriate channels.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs within defined period.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
Developing and managing a strong pipeline with rigorous attention to detail via Hubspot CRM
Ideally proven ability to sell SaaS whilst building relationships and convincing multiple stakeholders during a complex sales cycle
Providing prospects with highly tailored and high quality information/documentation
Attending conferences and exhibitions and leading round table discussions
Have an impressive track record of exceeding targets
Be based in London and have a minimum of 2 years business development experience, ideally in Technology Sales or a SaaS environment.
Have the ability to generate your own leads and pipeline.
Have an ambition to drive change in the industry being part of a disruptive technology company
Basic salary in the region of £40k with an OTE of £80K dependent on your experience
